Personal Training

At Portland Physical Therapy we offer 1:1 and group personal training with our Doctors of Physical Therapy who are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

No matter what your goal is, we can help get you there while building confidence and efficiency of movement. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve sport specific performance or someone with the drive to build functional strength, personal training at PPT is both enhancing and fun.

Individual Personal Training $115/session

Group Fitness Classes

Part of our philosophy at Portland Physical Therapy is to build community and heal together. Group fitness classes are held bi-weekly and are open to anyone who is looking for a consistent, safe, and challenging workout. Our classes are a bit different than the traditional exercise classes that you’re used to. We provide a warm up period to increase blood flow, activate your musculature, and bring lubrications to your joints so that you can safely workout without fear of injury. We go through proper technique and form for each specific exercise and make corrections to keep you in proper alignment so that you gain body knowledge while improving your overall fitness. Most importantly you’ll build confidence, make sweet connections, and have lots of fun in the process.

Social Movement Groups

At Portland Physical Therapy, we offer weekly social movement groups to encourage connection, movement, and exploration. These outings provide an opportunity to engage with others on their healing journey while walking through the city to a fun destination. Join us to stay active, discover new places, and build meaningful relationships with fellow participants.
