Frequency Specific Microcurrent

Frequency Specific Microcurrent is a treatment that delivers low level electrical current into specific tissues to initiate healing. Although FSM does use electrical current much like a TENS or Electrical Stimulation unit the difference is in the current, FSM uses micro amperes which are one millionth of an ampere versus TENS and E-STIM which use one thousandth of an ampere. Due to the decreased electrical current with FSM you won’t feel a muscle contraction or discomfort.

The difference is in the data. Research has shown that FSM has been proven to increase ATP by 500%. ATP is the main carrier of energy used for our body’s cellular activity. It has also been shown to reduce interleukin-1 which is a group of proinflammatory cytokines, in laymen’s terms, the research shows that it reduces inflammation.1 The other researched benefits are that it increases protein synthesis by 70%, increases amino acid transport by 40%, and increases cAMP in human lymphocytes – in vivo.2,3 Unpublished data also shows that with 20 days of 1hr treatment with microcurrent increased vascularity by 39%, collagen by 14%, and elastin by 48%.

The Berry Method

The Berry Method is a refined and precise approach to aligning the body’s tissues through targeted touch. Drawing from principles of biomechanics and energy flow, the technique focuses on restoring balance by addressing the body’s structural integrity. Inspired by concepts from engineering and movement science, the Berry Method views the body as a dynamic system where each muscle, joint, and tissue functions in harmony.

The goal is not just to alleviate discomfort, but to optimize function by realigning the body’s components with careful, calculated adjustments. With its foundation in both practical knowledge and intuition, the method helps guide the body back into its natural, balanced state.

Practitioners of the Berry Method are often described as experts in fine-tuning the body’s architecture, using touch as a means to create lasting, transformative change. Through skillful application, the true potential of the body’s movement and energy becomes evident.
